Our Story

Small-batch honey, thoughtfully sourced.

Beespoke Honey Co. is based in Asphodel-Norwood Township, Ontario. We source honey directly from local beekeepers and hand-pack it ourselves in small batches — no large-scale processing, no blending between harvests, just honey from a handful of apiaries we know and trust.

Every batch is tasted before it's bottled, and only bottled when it meets our standard. It's a smaller way of doing business. We think it's the right one.

The buckwheat honey is unlike anything at the grocery store — dark, rich, almost smoky. We drove back the next week for two more jars.

We keep the wildflower on the counter and go through a jar a month. You can taste the difference small batches make.
